Join me for 90 minutes to discuss about changes occurring during pregnancy & after baby comes. We will discuss:

-Gentle stretches and exercises
-Pelvic floor dysfunction (leaking urine, pain with intercourse, prolapse) and how to prevent/treat it after you deliver
-Proper posture and body mechanics
-Returning to activities safely
-And much more!
